Hello, my name is Kirsten and I am an RYT200 certified yoga facilitator. I prefer the label facilitator because I am a guide accompanying you along your yoga journey. Personally, as a trauma survivor, yoga has been instrumental in strengthening my interoceptive awareness (body signals), proprioceptive awareness (body awareness in space), and soothing my nervous system by aiding in relearning to feel comfortable in my own body. I strive to help others find those same feelings within themselves! Professionally, I have over 550 hours of teaching experience and over 80 hours additional training. I remain a student of yoga as well; we can walk this path together!

Studio or fitness center yoga definitely has its place. For those who prefer a different atmosphere, I am here for you! I will meet you where you are- in your home and in your practice! I enjoy and thrive in finding the right adaptations and options for yoga postures and shapes for practitioners so that anyone can access the many benefits of practicing yoga.

BODY-FOCUSED YOGA

This mode of yoga is for those wanting to support injury recovery, manage chronic pain, improve mobility, and maintain a functional range of motion.


MIND & NERVOUS SYSTEM YOGA

This mode of yoga is for those who would like support nervous system regulation through pranayama (breathwork), yoga nidra (yoga relaxation with guided meditation), and restorative yoga positions. This can also include an introduction to yoga philosophy.


PRE/POST-NATAL YOGA

Yoga for pregnancy can help maintain or improve flexibility and strength, reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep quality, and preparation for labor.


GROUP YOGA SETTINGS

Chair Yoga– yoga using a chair for support and as a tool to access or deepen postures or shapes. Commonly thought of as best for seniors, however chair yoga is for anyone who would like to experience it!

Corporate Wellness– on-site stress relief and mobility breaks for corporations, school staff, health care workers, etc.

Meditation– guided meditations for your regulation, relaxation, or spiritual journey!

PRICING

ONE-ON-ONE PRICING

All 1:1 sessions are 1 hour length. I also offer a FREE 15-minute discovery call for us to talk before you commit to see if we are a good fit for each other!

Initial Intake Consultation = $150 (includes 1 hour of consultation plus time to personalize your yoga for our first sessions together)

Price per 1 hour session = $100

Four class pass (4 classes paid upfront), 10% discount = $360

GROUP YOGA SETTING PRICING

Group sessions can range from 30 minutes to one hour

Group sessions are $20 per person, with a minimum of four people PLUS the per session travel rate.
